Who wins a conflict

Four devices, four opinions on your resting heart rate. Pick which one is right and we ignore the rest for that metric.

The chest strap beats the watch for heart rate on intervals, every time. Optical sensors lag 3–5 s on a hard start.

Push activities out, pull them in, or both. Two-way sync has loop protection — an activity that arrives from Strava never gets sent back to Strava.
