Most training plans are a PDF that doesn't know you slept six hours. Yours rebuilds itself every night from HRV, resting HR, sleep and the last 42 days of load. When Sunday's 32K leaves you flat, Tuesday's intervals move to Wednesday — automatically, with the reason written out in plain English.

Free shows you totals. Premium shows you the shape of the session: HR zone distribution, decoupling, ground contact time, left–right power balance, and the fitness/fatigue curve that tells you whether you are building or digging. Filter it by sport, by date, by anything.
38% in Z3 is more grey-zone than a marathon build wants. Your easy runs are 12s/km too quick.
Not a lookup table. Your predictor reads 12 weeks of your training, then adjusts for the course profile, the forecast temperature and the humidity on race morning. It gives you a central estimate, an honest range, and the pacing plan to hit it — including how much the heat will cost.
Prediction has tightened 4 minutes in 12 weeks. Sub-3 needs 6 more weeks — this race is not the one.
Free keeps a rolling 3-month window. Premium keeps everything — every activity, every PR, every route, from your first parkrun onward. Year-on-year comparisons, "this week vs this week last year", and the ability to find the exact training block that worked and run it again.

Grant your coach read access to exactly what you choose — training, health, or both — and revoke it in one tap. They comment on sessions, adjust the plan, and see compliance without you exporting a single file. Medical notes stay end-to-end encrypted unless you explicitly share them.

Premium is 50% off for anyone with a valid student email, and free for athletes on a national federation squad. Verification takes about two minutes through SheerID — no paperwork, no waiting for a human.
If you skip the trial and pay outright, you still get 30 days to change your mind. One click in Settings, refunded in full, no exit survey, no "are you sure?" maze, no retention specialist calling you.
Cancelling keeps your data. You drop to Free, you don't get erased.
Yes — no card, no auto-charge, no dark pattern. You get every Premium feature for 30 days. On day 31 you either choose to pay or you drop back to Free. Nothing you recorded is deleted or locked; you just lose the Premium views of it.
It stays. Every activity, route and PR is still yours — you can view the last 3 months in the Free tier and export everything ever recorded from Settings → Data at any time, including after you cancel. We do not hold your history hostage.
Any time. Moving to yearly credits the unused part of your month. Moving back to monthly takes effect at your next renewal — we do not claw back the discount you already used.
No, and we would not sell that. GPS and sensor accuracy are identical on every tier, including Free. Premium buys you interpretation — the coach, the predictions, the analytics — not better raw data.
You need Premium to share your data with a coach; your coach needs a Coach seat to manage you on a dashboard. If your coach has an Organization plan, athlete seats are usually included — ask them before you pay for both.
We charge in USD via Stripe, and your bank converts at their rate. In the Maldives, BML and MIB cards both work; local payment via BML Connect is in beta. VAT/GST is added where local law requires it and shown before you confirm.
A family plan (up to 6 people, one bill) is in beta — email hello@stridex.app to join it. Clubs of 20+ get per-seat pricing under the Organization tier, which is usually cheaper than everyone buying Premium individually.
Not on identifiable data, and never on your GPS traces. The coach models are trained on aggregated, de-identified physiological data from athletes who opted in, and you can opt out in Settings → Data & GDPR without losing a single feature.
